I have been doing business with SS BMW (AKA Tischer) for over 11 years. They have consistently given me outstanding service on both of my BMWs (545i and 335GT). I couldn't be happier with my new BMW. Jacob provided a level of service I had never encountered from a dealership. He was transparent and honest throughout the entire buying process and even after the sale we keep in touch and he checks in every once in a while to make sure I am happy, that I know how every feature in the vehicle works so I am taking full advantage of it, and sometimes just to say hello. When Jai took over as my service advisor due to Joe's promotion I was hesitant about the kind of service I would receive. Jai has exceeded my expectations! He is efficient with returning customer calls and is fair with estimates as he has your best interest at heart.
