I have been a customer of BMW of Silver Spring for several years and two cars. I purchased both from this dealership and have serviced both here. While I have had the opportunity to service both cars at more convenient locations from time to time, I have elected to make the trip to Silver Spring. Smooth transaction, might have spend 5 hours overall to close the deal and get the delivery. Little unhappy with the way the finance manager(Andrew Lippincott) dealt with me to answer my questions on the day of delivery.

Mr. Thomas Grant is by far one or the best service representatives that I ever had to work with. There are several BMWs dealers in MD, but besides the excellent service Mr. Grant is the main reason why I choose this BMW dealer in the state of Maryland.

Make sure to ask for Kailash Joshi. I was looking for a new car, but was not looking forward to dealing with a car salesman. An acquaintance of mine told me to ask for Kailash. I just purchased a 2011 BMW 535xi from BMW of Silver Spring and I could not be happier with the entire buying process. I was recommended to this dealership by my Credit Union and I was very happy with the service and what I got for my trade. I am normally very apprehensive of the car buying process. I would recommend Thomas Grant who provides excellent client service for BMW dealership in Silver Spring. He goes extremely out of his way to help you with what you need for your car. He always follow up on the status of your car and is very pleasant to talk to and make you feel at home as he takes pride in his job.

Out of all the BMW service centers in my immediate area, I would say that BMW of Silver Spring far surpasses every one of them in terms of service performance, customer relations and overall satisfaction with the entire service experience. Thomas Grant is as good as it gets. Highly recommended!

Client Advisor Mr. Lonnie Overby was friendly and pleasant. Since we had a complicated trade in situation he showed a lot of patience to help my daughter and me choose the car first and later in arranging car purchase (BMW 335 ix, 2011) under conditions that would be acceptable to us. Also, Finance Manager Ms. Joanna McCarthy was expeditious and friendly in finalizing the car purchase. Overall, it took quite a bit of time but it was worth it.
