While I was dreading the luxury car buying process, Tae and Manager Bulent were pleasant to work with. They were very patient with me and found the exact car I was looking for. Even after delivery of the car, Tae followed-up and asked whether I had any questions about my new car and its functions. Michael And Nan are very professional managers. They both will go over and byond to provide you a excellent buying experience. I have been buying cars from Michael over several years and you will not find a more honest straight forward person to buy a car from. If it can be done Michael will get it done. During my recent visit to BMW of Silver Spring I worked with Thomas Grant, Service Advisor. Thomas did a fantastic job in taking care of my vehicle and keeping me informed during the entire service period. I was quite pleased with the extra attention BMW of Silver Spring pays to their customers. I will continue to get my car serviced there with Thomas as my advisor and tell others about my experience. Lonnie Overby was very knowledgeably about the various used BMW models. He listen to what features my wife and I was looking for in our BMW; He then located a number of cars to show us. Lonnie was explain in detail BMW Finance process which was out first experience using dealer finance. I was very impressed with how easy the process was to get finance. I would recommend Lonnie to anyone who's interested in purchasing a new or used BMW.

I came here to buy a car for my dad. To start off with, this dealership had the best prices around, which was what brought me here in the first place. However, the customer service and attentiveness was just amazing. Lonnie was very knowledgeable about the BMW brand and offerings and I am over the moon with my final selection. I found the staff at BMW Silver Springs to be helpful and supportive during the sales process. The situation was somewhat complicated since I purchased the car from Rhode Island, but the transfer went smoothly.

I had a pleasant experience at BMW of Silver Spring when I went in to purchase a certified pre-owned BMW. The sales staff were helpful and informative, and also willing to work with me to meet my needs. The follow-up contact after the purchase was also very much appreciated.

My experience with Karen was superb from the day I was introduced to her thru to the day I closed the deal of the purchase. I felt treated as a valuable customer. Karen provided a wealth of details on the BMW 3-series models and allowed me to consider the options that would be appropriate for me. I recently visited BMW Silver Spring because my car was leaking antifreeze. I actually reached out to Thomas on Memorial Day. He responded immediately and told me to bring the car in as soon as possible. The service team quickly determined the problem - a hose that needed replacing - and my car was back on the road in two days.
