I called to ask about the availability of a BMW I was interested in and Lonnie was very helpful on the phone. I drove in and 2 hrs later I was driving my BMW. I was happy.

Dave spent a good 30 minutes with me on the phone trying to locate the car I wanted. He finally found it and the price was right. I drove my then current leased BMW to the dealership in Maryland and turned it in and drove back in my new leased BMW. Everything was seamless. All the paperwork was done ahead of time over email and all I had to do was sign the documents. The staff at the dealership is courteous. You feel welcomed when you walk in the door. Mr.Overby is knowledgeable about the product. He did not keep me waiting for a long period of time. Would purchase from him again.

Great service! The sales person Kailash Joshi was very professional and polite. He make sure all my needs were met and questions answered. Even the paperwork processing was faster and more efficient than at other stores. I bought a certified car at this dealership ,had a very good experience with their sales department. I am from Annapolis and initially went to the Annapolis BMW dealership to lease a new BMW. Due to problems with the sales staff at this location, I contacted Kailash Joshi at the Silver Spring location via a phone call. Kailash was very helpful over the phone and encouraged me to come to dealership to view a blue X3 that met the parameters I was seeking. The people there were very professional. For an example they were courteous. The service was great, and I never visited a dealership with this level of professionalism.

I have a BMW service center much closer to my residence, but I come to BMW of Silver Spring since they won me over more than 5 years ago. I keep on coming back because Thomas Grant really takes care of all my car needs even when my concerns are unfounded. He listens to me and answers all my questions promptly. His attention to detail and his stellar customer service makes me want to go there just to be treated well. His smile is always present regardless of the busy morning rush. I wish I could reward him myself!!!!!

I am a very busy person and taking the car to dealer is never a fun thing to do. I am fortunate to have Thomas Grant as my service writer. He's the most friendly person I ever met. I know he's tired and busy and dispite that he will treat you like you were he's brother. He's always accommodating with whatever needs you have. I love going to this facility - they know how to treat you!
