I found a used VW Tiquan online and filled out my information. Kailash called me the next morning and invited me to see it. I was already on my way. He was ready for us, did not make us wait and was very low pressure. He explained the features of the car and listened to what I needed. Within an hour, I drove away happily in my new car! They also gave me a great deal on my trade-in. Would high recommend this BMW dealership and especially Kailash!!

I recently bought my 2012 BMW 328i from BMW of Silver Spring. This was my very first visit to this dealership since I live in the Northern Virginia with many other BMW dealerships around me. I searched for my car online and submitted an email. The price I saw on a particular car was not bad, so I took his advice and came in to the dealer. When I met Tae, he was very nice. I had to take my car in BMW Silver Spring to get a gasket pan leak and some other things fixed and this dealership is the best around. I tried taking my car to another BMW dealership closer to my house but had a bad experience with them. So I just drive the hour to BMW of Silver Spring for quality work and great customer service. Tischer BMW provides outstanding customer service especially Service Advisor, Thomas Grant. The dealership is extremely attentive and gets your car repaired quickly without compromising quality. I highly recommend Tischer BMW and Thomas Grant, Service Advisor.

I've been with BMW of Silver Spring since 2011 and couldn't be happier. Had experience with other BMW dealers in Maryland and Virginia and can definitely say BoSS is by far the best and really customer oriented. They had some problems before but I see them improving. Would recommend them to a friend. Jacob is my sales person - bought 3 cars with him already and will buy again.

He is very friendly, respectful and always there to help his clients. With my busy work schedule, he always work out a quick drop off plan for me and take a good care of my care. I am normally not one to write reviews, however, I think Thomas Grant should be recognized for his excellent service! I have been taking my 5 series to Silver Spring BMW for service for the last three years and I had the good fortune of having Thomas as my service advisor. He gives a true and accurate assessment of my vehicles status and needs. He helps me prioritize what needs to be done, and guides me to discount coupons for the requisite work, when available. During our car purchase experience, the management and staff at Silver Spring were very attentive, friendly, but most importantly, transparent and thorough. Oh and, we got a very good deal. :-)
