Overall an amazing experience. I worked with Kailash Joshi (Client Advisor) who was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and able to answer/explain everything I asked. He was very open and honest about everything and I never once felt like I was being pressured into anything. During the entire leasing process he was very organized and used every minute I was in the building efficiently. I really hope once my lease expires that I get to work with Kailash again. This was the best overall car buying process I have ever experienced. I worked with Kailash Joshi who is an outstanding client advisor. Usually, in many dealers today, the sales people have a very difficult time answering questions because they have very little detailed information about the cars they are selling. I found working with Kailash Joshi very easy when buying my new BMW. I was looking at a number of vehicles, including Mercedes, Audi and Lincoln but wound up buying the BMW in part because the experience at the dealerships was quite good. Silver Spring BMW provided a great atmosphere to purchase a car. My Service provider , Mr Lonnie Overby was knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming without making me feel pressured. Despite being undecided on the car and possibility of other options from other BMW dealers, Kailash patiently walked me through the deal and answered all the questions so that i could make an informed decision. Even though I got the final delivery of the car a week and half later than the promised date, I suppose there is nothing Kailash could do over the shipment delay. Thomas Grant is the best service adviser I have worked with. It is a pleasure having my car serviced at BMW of Silver Spring because I know they will always take good care of me and my vehicle. This is our first BMW and Kailash helped/guided us to select the right model and options - explaining each of the options and model. What's applicable for my family rather than try to influence us to take more options which jacks up the price. He is friendly and always willing to take additional mile to make us comfortable and feel nice about our first BMW experience. Glad to be part of BMW family and associated with Silver spring BMW.
