I performed a considerable amount of research before I purchased my first BMW. I looked at several different dealerships and cars. Thomas Grant does an outstanding job with his personal service. He contacted me to schedule the service appointment for my M3, I did not have to wait upon arrival, my loaner was ready, and the service on my car was finished well before the time promised. Outstanding service experience!

This is the only place I take my car to for any type of service. My experience has not always been great that is until I started working with THOMAS GRANT. Before I started working with Thomas I use to have to take my car in for one thing or another at the very least once a month and at times twice. I finally got fed up and contacted Mr. Ptak. I'm normally not one to write reviews, however, I think Thomas Grant should be recognized for his excellent service! I've had to come in for minor service work three times in the past 6 months (not fun or ideal), each time Thomas has been MORE than accommodating to my needs. Being in sales myself, I know how important a first impression can be, Thomas is an excellent representation of what an advisor should be. Over at BMW of Silver Spring, I have the pleasure of having the service rep. Thomas Grant. On regular trips to the dealer for service I am always greeted properly and in a timely famous. His goal to give me amazing service is always achieved. For other BMW owners I would highly recommend not only this center but Thomas Grant as your rep. He is more then willing to go above and beyond what needs to be met to have your service experience an enjoyable one. You will not be disappointed.

Kailash Joshi and Joe Diss are two of the most customer service friendly people I've ever met at an automobile dealership. Hands down!! Joe Diss was instrumental in my return to BMW Silver Spring because of the excellent care I received while having my car serviced after a different area dealership totally did me, my certified mechanic, and my 330ic wrong. Just completed another very successful transaction at BMW of Silver Spring- Mileone. Lonnie Overby and Joanna McCarthy were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Michael Bolgar, new sales manager, cold called me about trading in my 2011 X5 an d we visited only once, he located a new X5 for me in what seemed to be days time, arranged the transaction and turned to lead over to Lonnie.
