Silver springs BMW is a very clean and welcoming dealership. Most BMW deialerships are but after driving to at least all in the Northern Virginia area stores I realized not all dealerships are created equal. Lonnie spoke with us on the phone before driving up as not to waist our time to go over the inventory and what was in stock. We had a pretty specific car in mind. He had the car just not the color. Overall, it was a pleasant experience leasing a BMW from this dealership. Kailash was genuine and forthright, on the basis of which we quickly started moving to the next steps. Since it is my first BMW, I am hoping the car and the dealership would live up to its reputation in the long run as I drive more. I had a terrific experience purchasing my BMW at BMW of Silver Springs. From first contact until the papers were signed, Kailash Joshi was nice, polite, and always willing to work with me. I was in the market for a new vehicle and after visiting BMW of Silver Spring, it made the choice of getting a 335i that much easier. I was also considering an Audi S4, IS350, and an ATS 3.6L.
