Kristina was a pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and informative and made sure she covered every detail of what was going to be done to my car. I would recommend her to everyone if I could. I will definitely bring my car back to BMW of Silver Spring and be seeing Kristina in the future.

I just recently had my car serviced at BMW silver spring and Thomas was who I worked. He was delightful and he knew what he was talking about! He was also very personable. If I can request him next time I definately would. My car was fixed really fast as well. Great job! Exceptional service.

My First BMW Purchase I recently purchased my first BMW from BMW of Silver Spring. Kailash Joshi was my sales representative who services us at the dealership. My husband and I had a great experience with Kailash. He was very attentive, informative, and engaging to us as we test drove and inquired about the different vehicles available. Sales person ensured I received the military discount and buying process was simple and easy with no pressure. The sales person was very accommodating and knowledgeable to go over all the functions of the new vehicle.
