As other reviews have already stated, the overall experience at BMW of Silver Spring is fantastic. The sales team I worked with (Nan Wong & Kan Zhou) made the entire process extremely simple. I was able to select a vehicle off the website, call in advance to ask all my questions, and have the car ready for a test drive upon my arrival, (which was shortly after our phone call). His knowledge of the BMW brand was truly exceptional and made it easy for me to decide between Mercedes, BMW and Audi. We live in northern Maryland/Harford County and had been working with a BMW dealership near us. However BMW of Silver Spring had the cars with the options desired.
