The dealership in general and Kailash Joshi specifically provided excellent service. The car buying process for me has never been this smooth or seamless. I test drove the car, we negotiated on price and the next day I picked up the car. Kailash Joshi sent a car to pick me up so I could drive my new purchase home. Completely hassle-free. I was coming near the end of my lease and was wondering who I would be working with since Kailash had moved to San Diego, CA about 3 years ago. I happened to be in the dealership getting service on my car one Saturday morning and saw Kailash. I asked him what he was doing there and he said he just moved back to Maryland. My experience with the salesman and others was pleasant through out the period, from the day of test drive to the date of delivery. Since it is a new model I couldn't negotiate much but still I think I got a reasonable discount in the MSRP The car was custom made and imported from Germany. I was updated with the progress of my order at every stage. My 2008 BMW 535 was misfiring, so I took it in for a visit with Thomas Grant, my service advisor at BMW of Silver Spring. The initial diagnosis was that there were problems with two of the fuel injectors, so both "banks" of three injectors were replaced. On my way home from the appointment, the problem was improved but it was still present.
