My experience with BMW Silver Spring was by far superb! I had been in the market for a BMW for a few months, doing my research and when I felt the time was right I decided to visit the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. Walking into the dealership I was greeted and then introduced to Lonnie Overby. He was very welcoming, asked me what vehicle I was interested in and we took it from there. Our experience buying a used BMW from BMW of Silver Spring was overall quite positive. A very laid-back and non-intrusive, although service-oriented, dealer style, which is a rather rare find these days. We dealt with Kailash through most of the purchase process and enjoyed his company (friendly and great personality). Would recommend if in the market for a used BMW.
I purchased one of the top of the line BMW from them, a 2014 M6 conv. It is a $130k vehicle hence my expectations were high. The sales staff led by Nan was effective and efficient in terms of negotiating and making arrangements. I purchased the car 700 miles away. I was an out of town buyer with a strict time schedule. Most of our communication up to delivery was via e-mail and I found Kailash to be very responsive. On the day of delivery Kailash was kind enough to come in on his day off to process the paperwork and explain the features of the automobile that I had purchased. I bought my new 135 coupe at BMW Silver Spring. Love the car. It was a hard to find true manual transmission with the colors and options I wanted. The salesperson was Kailash. He did a great job of getting me a good price on the vehicle. The dealership is also very impressive and had a lot of inventory. I went to another dealer before this one and they didn’t have much to choose from and I didn’t want to wait to order a car. I highly recommend Kailash and BMW Silver Spring. I would use them again. They treat you right.
