OMG, what can I say about these two gentlemen, after days of email correspondence with Jacob, I finally picked a day to come in to do business, and he was so attentive to my needs, however he could be there the one day I could stop by, so he made absolutely sure he asked one of his collegues to assist me Mr. Lonnie Overby. I first contacted BMW of Silver Spring via the web. I was looking at a particular vehicle that they had in inventory. Kailash called me to confirm that the vehicle was still available. I setup a time to go see it and was very impressed that there was no "bait and switch" done. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Even though I've moved about 30 minutes out of the way from the Silver Spring location, I still return to this dealership for maintenance and sales. My last trip was to lease my 328i and once again, a pleasurable experience. Jacob responded back to my initial inquiry within hours, and I was able to come in the same week. Got a great deal on a new BMW from Andy at BMW of Silver Spring. All the details were worked out prior to my stepping foot into the dealership. I went to the dealership expecting only to look around. My previous car had been totaled in an accident. I looked at a car, test drove it and loved it. I worked with Lonnie Overby and the service was exceptional. He worked diligently to get me into a car the same day. I got the car I wanted with the payments where I wanted them and was even financed by the dealer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I would like to take the time to tell you about your outstanding staff. Mr Kevin Hull is my service advisor. He always goes over and about the call of duty. lLast year my door handler would not close. So I panel and I call Mr Hull and told him what had happen.
