Great customer service has always been their priority. I say always because we have been BMW owners for the past couple of years. It's kind of nice to keep going back for all these years and have them welcoming you in a nice friendly way. Owning several BMW's, all coming from this particular dealership has always been a pleasure dealing with ALL the friendly and helpful employees. The dealership has always been kept clean, and neat. l

I recently bought a new 2013 BMW 128i from BMW of SIlver Spring, Maryland. The dealership is well located, just renovated and very impressive. They had a lot of inventory to choose from but I decided to order my car so I didn't have to pay for any extra options. It took just 6 weeks to get the car from Germany and it was worth it. Chris Allen at BMW Sliver Spring was super qualified, honest, helpfull and made the deal happen. I love my 535i and Chris even came to my house and helped connect the garage opener to the car's mirror. Fantastic service and price at Sliver Spring BMW- I highly recommend.

I wanted to thank BMW of Silver Spring and specifically Kailash Joshi for a wonderful buying experience on my first BMW. Even though this was not the closest BMW dealership to me, Mr. Joshi contacted me after an internet inquiry and made me feel comfortable coming to Silver Spring. Kailash Joshi is the best salesman I've encountered in 59 years of buying cars. He knows all the attributes of a BMW thoroughly and explains them clearly and fluently, no matter how complex. He's also conscientious. He told me that the discounted price on the car I was interested in was exceptionally good. This was not merely a pitch. I consulted a couple of independent pricing websites and found he was exactly right. In addition, he has a wry and subtle sense of humor, which establishes instant rapport with his customers.

Wanted to write a quick note to say how great working with Lonnie Overby with BMW of Silver Spring. He was extremely easy to work, was very honest, and did not pressure me. More importantly Lonnie went out of his way to make sure my needs were taken care of. After I bought the car – the service didn’t end there. There was a minor problem that needed the BMW service center’s attention – he took care of the problem quickly and didn’t charge me. Overall, it was a very smooth and seamless transaction. We are very pleased with the experience. Jacob was knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's ammenities and was very pleasant. We did not feel rushed or pressured during our visit. We would definitely recommend BMW of SIlver Spring, as well as Jacob.

Kailash was wonderful, honest and feels like he is working for me to get the car. What an amazing feeling. I have purchased over 7 bmw's during my lifetime but this exp. has been the best ever...no matter where I live I am always gng to come to him to buy my next bmw!
