I worked with Kevin Hemmis for one whole month via emails. I finally went in for a test drive. The staff were all friendly. Kevin knew a lot about BMWs. After my test drive I was sold and now am the owner of my first BMW. The managers were easy in no-hassle negotiating and I was in and out in my new ride in no time. Great experience.

Karen Herbert provided excellent sales service! The whole sales team was so professional and courteous. We had an enjoyable experience purchasing our X6. I definitely recommend this dealership.

First time BMW buyer. Had heard Silver Spring was best BMW dealership in the area. Went to others and agree that SS BMW was tops. Had by good experience with sales people. No pressure, fair price, easy to work with. Jacob was great to work with. He stayed late to be as helpful as he could. Felt very respectful. Andrew in finance was terrific. I came in to the BMW of Silver Spring in 2011 and talked w/Lonnie and told him I was interested in getting a BMW but I was not ready at the time. Lonnie was informative and patient and I gave him a date of 2/2013 to purchase the car a week before I emailed him to tell him I was ready to lease and he took all the necessary steps for me to get into my new car. Lonnie and Anthony Lucas were both wonderful and very accommodating.

My experience was great. Everything from the test dribe to the financing piece went smoothy. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I would certianly recommend anyone to purchanse here.

My wife and I were in the market for a used car. We found the perfect used Mazda at BMW of Silver Spring. We planned on going to see it on a Saturday, so i called on Monday to ensure that the car was still there. I spoke with Jaime who in turn referred me to Lonnie Overby. Kevin Hull was awesome once again. His service was second to none. He was attentive to my questions and accomodated me and my concerns in every way. Quality work from a quality person. Let me also say Michelle Banson was very courteous and helpful as well. She has a positive attitude and provides a good first impression to the dealership.
