I came to Silver Spring BMW with a friend who had purchased a car there several months ago, working with Lonnie Overby. My overall experience was very positive. Lonnie drove me around to take a close look at the various vehicle colors they had in the lot for the X1. Upon his recommendation that I should test drive the 28i instead of the 32i I did - and I'm very happy that I did! Lonnie Overby was awesome. He made my purchasing expereince smooth and painless. He was very attentive to my needs and wants as it pertains to the type of car that would best fit both my lifestyle and budget. Not to mention that he worked with Anthony Lucas to get me approved for an auto loan with an interest rate that was lower than what my personal bank offered. Timely reponses and very professional in answering my telephone call. Eager to work with me to meet my needs. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted AT THE DOOR by the salesperson who greated my wife and I as if we were family. The transaction was handled very professionally. I purchased the vehicle that date at the salesperson give me excellent instruction on how to use some of the features. The price I received was excellent (10% less than another BMW dealer.

I purchased a car on 12/29 from Silver Spring BMW. I had the great experience of working with Lonnie Overby. My experience was great because I took my time, 7-8 months. Everytime I came to look at a car Lonnie always took time to address any question I had about a specific car or go out on a test drive He consistently kept me updated by e-mail if he thought a car was available that I may have an interest in. I have purchased numerous new vehicles over the past 30 years. My experience with Lonnie Overby (salesperson) and BMW of Silver Spring was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Lonnie has a rare combination of excellent customer service skills and fairness in deal making and is a prince of a person to boot. The new car negotiation process and trade-in valuation was fair, quick and easy. I certainly will consider a BMW for my next car and definitely would patronize BMW of Silver Spring and Lonnie when I do.

Both Manny and his manager made our experience very easy. We knew exactly what car we wanted and they helped us make our decision, provided excellent service and were extremely courteous and friendly. Andrew from finance also went over our paperwork very thoroughly and took his time and helped us with decisions on warranties. I only knocked down one point on procie because I for one would have liked to have my full loyalty discount for being with BMW since 2000. Manny at the dealership was very helpful and responsive. I am in the field of IT and I sent out a request to quote to 10+ dealers in our neighborhood some were out right non-responsive others were too expensive and some did provide quality service though but these guys were the best. I am buying/leasing my next car with them as well. I never am able to leave reviews because I never have the time to do so. But this time I had to make time.
