I was searching the internet for BMW dealerships in the tri-state around New York City specifically for a pre-owned 2011 550 ix with the option packages that I wanted. This is the 3rd BMW I have leased from BMW of Silver Spring and the second one that I have had the pleasure of having Chris Allen as my sales rep. Chris, and the entire staff, go out of their way to make certain every single detail is perfect. I just can't imagine going anywhere else for a vehicle. Yes, BMW is "the ultimate driving machine", but the people at the dealership are the reason I keep coming back to Silver Spring!

This dealership has been taking care of our BMWs for more than 7 years. We currently have 4 in our family. Over the sen + years we have gotten to know several of the folks. The individual I am talking about today however is Chris Allen who is a sales associate and the individual i purchased my new '12 Z4 from in June of this year. Coming from 3 prior Infinitis, I needed a little extra help on this one. Not only was Steven extremely patient and not pushy at all, but he went out of his way to explain every single feature of the 335 drive that I bought. After purchasing the car Steven, came out and set up my Bluetooth and explained every feature. After searching for months for just the right pre-owned BMW X5, I finally found it at BMW of Silver Spring. Kevin Hemmis was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. There was no high pressure or gimmicks. He answered all my questions and took care of all the little issues with the X5 in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially Kevin.
