I came to this dealer because of Nan Wong, Sales Manager. She quickly introduced me to Steven Mueller, Client Advisor and he took over from there. I knew exactly what I wanted and quickly achieved my price point on a 2012 528i lease. I traded in my old lease and also received a MD sales tax credit. I was out the door in 45 minutes with my new vehicle. I was pleased with the overall experience and recommend these most competent, knowledgeable individuals when shopping for a new BMW! Stephen B.

I bought a bmw x3 from the dealership. I worked mainly with Jacob Raykhel and he was really knowledgable and didn't pressure me into making a decision. I took awhile before I decided that I wanted the car. When I came back for the purchase, it was very smooth and quicker than I expected. Afterwards, he told me a lot about the car and took his time in explaining the functions before i drove off the lot. The best was I had a question early Sunday morning after I got the car and he responded right away.

Was a pleasure buying my X3 from the BMW of Silver Spring team, special thanks to Jacob Raykhel, who stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. Jacob was attentive, honest and extremely knowledgable; making the usually overwhelming process of purchasing a vehicle a stress-free experience. Had a great experience buying a new 535xi from BMW of Silver Spring. Worked with Michael Katzemburg who was very professional and knowledgeable of the cars. I recently purchased a 535i from BMW of Silver Spring. It was a great experiance.
