Was a pleasure to inquire about a 328i Sedan at the BMW of Silver Spring dealership. Although I stopped in relatively late in the afternoon, I was greeted very warmly. Instead of feeling like I was bombarded by clients to make a sale, I felt as they the team genuinely wanted to know why I had stopped in. I bought a Certified BMW from Dave. I knew what I wanted in the car and traveled from out of state to purchase it. Dave made the experience worth it. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain each feature and show me how best to use it. I would have no hesitation in buying from Dave again.

I recently was in search to purchase my first BMW. I was interested in a CPO BMW 5 Series, and I found one that matched my preference at BMW of Silver Spring. Having been in Maryland for a year, My wife and I decided to have a change of car and had BMW on our top list. We done some research online and decided on a CPO coupe. We test-drive a RWD coupe at another dealer and wasn't too keen until we saw a listing by BMW Silver Spring offering a CPO 2009 (328xi) coupe and enquired through the dealer's website. I live in Rockville, but sought out Nan Wong and found her at BMW Silver Spring. She was formerly in VOB and previously sold me my last 2 BMWs.
