BMW of Silver Spring is very easy to work with, supports its customers, and always offers a fair price in sales.This is my first brand new BMW purchase and will continue to patronize them in the future. Chris Allen is very knowledgeable about BMWs and the mangement staff is very helpful and kind. I can't be more happy about my new 2013 X5, and if your thinking about a new or certified pre-owned Bmw I defentainly recommend BMW of Silver Spring.

First, I would like to say that I love my BMW. It's my first BMW and probably won't be my last. I was the in the market to purchase a BMW and was going to go great lengths to get one. I was originally set to purchase a BMW in Atlanta, GA and was going to fly down, purchase it and drive it 10 hours back home but that deal fell short of let's just say they sold it while I was negotiating a deal. After a bad accident that totalled my car, I was in need of a car ASAP. What first drew me to the BMW of Silver Spring was the price. Nan, our sales person explained that the dealership was out of the way and the only way to get people to come by was to give very competitive pricing because based on the specs I was skeptical that it was so cheap. Very professional and helpful staff. My salesman was extremely helpful and very communicative. I am not a local buyer, so the process is a bit complicated yet the sales staff made the purchasing of my new car extremely simple and smooth. Manny was extremely patient, personable and explained the car thoroughly. I felt that he would have done what i wanted to earn my business. Sales manager Mike Maloney was extra nice. I felt like family.
By far the best BMW dealership in the whole county(s). My experience with Gerry and Nan was very pleasant. They helped me out with the whole process starting for getting the car with right options to financing/leasing/buying out the car. These guys rock! We had been shopping for an X5 for a few weeks. Mr. Curvan was very receptive to our need and found us the perfect truck. I did not feel pressured and I felt like a valued customer. Mr. Lippincott was able to get us the perfect loan thru BMW finance with a great rate. He did not rush to put our application out to every bank, but focused on the program that was best for us.
