I stopped on a late Tuesday evening to test drive a 128i. Despite being so late, Jacob was still enthusiastic to take me out on a the test drive and was not aggressive about making a sale or ending the test drive. He was very knowledgable and answered every question. We looked at the reviews before purchasing our car and BMW of Silver Spring exceeded our expectations. Sigis Skirpa was our sales person and level of service he provided is unmatched. We had few minor glitches with our car after delivery and he arranged our car to be picked up so we did not have to drive all the way back to the dealership. We will recommend BMW of Silver Spring to all our friends. Keep up the good work.

We have purchased cars here for the last 5 years and had prior vehicles serviced at dealer since 1998. Sales and service has always been excellent! We will continue to purchase our vehicles here since customer service is more important than anything. Our advisor, Chris Allen, provides exemplary service, even making special arrangements to help us get in and out quickly. Valuing our time and personal treatment are most important to our family !

I had a great experience at BMW of Silver Spring. I was shopping for a new BMW M3 and found 1 potential car at the dealership. The staff and sales team were great. I would like to give special thanks to Jacob Raykhel. He provided answers to all my questions, showed competence and knowledge of the model, and make me seriously considering the 3 Series as my future car. It was a really great and fun experience! A family friend referred me to the Tischer BMW dealership to purchase my 328i Sedan. Way to go… I'm overwhelmed!!! I recently purchased a 2011 Z4 from BMW of Silver Spring in Maryland. I looked up BMW dealers on Google’s website and found BMW of Silver Spring in Maryland happen to be the highest rated BMW dealer. Hands down the best car buying experience I've had to date. The staff and sales team made the transition process between vehicles absolutely stress-free and I have yet to look back. I would like to give special thanks to Jacob Raykhel. He responded to my many questions in a timely, diligent fashion and really pointed me into the direction of the 3 Series I absolutely love. I have purchased 2 BMW's from BMW of Silver Spring. It is always a great experience and the best deal in town. I recommend the dealership to all of my friends. Yes, even the finance experience is great. They always exceed my expectations. These gentlemen make the car buying experience fun. That's not something I ever thought I would say about a dealership. This was our first time buying a car with BMW of Silver Spring and we were very lucky to have met and dealt with Steven Mueller (since our first phone call till the day he delivered the car). Not only he is very prompt in returning our phone calls (compared to other dealer in Baltimore), but he is also very kind and extremely helpful with our trade-in process. Way to go , Steven! The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!!!
