"Good techs, not so good snacks" Techs are very good, and wait time is probably average- two or three hours minimum depending on the reason for your visit. Given that, the waiting area and amenities could use an upgrade.- decentralized seating to allow more privacy and snacks other than cookies and chips.

"Service call January 21, 2019" My entire service expierence started with the ease of making an appointment for a problem that needed immediate attention. Johnny greeted me as I drove into the center, Valentina, my service rep, took care of everything, including a rental car at no cost. She followed up over the next day or so to keep me informed of the progress. Picking up the car was easy and quick.
