"Great customer service" A phone snafu kept me from confirming my appointment. I took the chance and drove to the dealership. As luck would have it. They were slammed completely booked. The BMW concierge stepped in and made it happen with my service advisor Carlos Munoz. Carlos worked his magic and my car was taken care of. Thank you both.

"Exceptional service and hospitality!" I’ve been a customer of BMW of Sarasota for almost 15 years. They have a fantastic group of dedicated associates that show a true passion for their products. I would highly recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle from them. Their service center is also the best I’ve dealt with especially in comparison to other dealerships in the North East and Europe. Their honesty and integrity have motivated me to stay loyal to the dealership and the brand.

"This is the type of Service that I expect....." Carlos Munoz was terrific. Personable, professional and courteous. Clearly laid out what I should expect, asked what he could do to make the experience better and delivered on what he stated. I'll be back next week to see Carlos with my other BMW.

"Excellent Service" Came in for oil change and general checkup. Had car washed only outside was done. I guess that is your practice in Sarasota. In New Jersey they do the whole car., Everything was great. Derek took good care of me and my car.

"100,000 mile service provided" Jessica did a great job of taking care of my service needs. She had the loaner vehicle available at the scheduled time and made sure all of the service was complete and satisfactory. The best service person I have with my vehicles.

"Purchase of new car. " The sales folks were absolutely awesome, willing to work with us, non pressuring and professional. We also had the best and most patient instructor to show us how to set the features in the car. Selecting and test driving the car was quick and easy, unfortunately it then took over 5 hours to do the paperwork.

"Loss of engine coolant" My 2018 430I convertible low coolant reservoir message appeared on my dash. I checked and it was empty. No leak was observed and engine temp was normal. This was followed by a low engine coolant message with normal engine temp. Maria, my service advisor offered to tow my car and work my car into the schedule immediately, even though no appointments were available for 2 days.
