"Jack H and BMW still #1" Many strong choices in the market now, but the service and knowledge that Jack Hojnacki and everyone else at Sarasota BMW are outstanding. The tech expert Silvio who explained my new X5 was also excellent. I do think you should consolidate the "extras" that are sold through Jesus and Finance so a buyer knows the exact payment they are agreeing to upfront, but other dealerships do the same thing.

"Defective belt: lost power steering" Fernando was wonderful as always. I had a belt replaced that turned out to be defective and I lost my power steering. AAA had to take my car to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. Fernando was able to secure a rental quite quickly. I did not get my car back until Wednesday. It took them 15 minutes to locate by car. I was disappointed that they did not wash it as they always have in the past for any service repairs. This was covered so no change to me. My Service Advisor, Fernando, took great care of me. He thoroughly explained the repairs my vehicle needed & why they were important. "Service was friendly and professional." Came into check warning light on brake pads. Found that the left front pad was worn, but would get me back to Canada with no problems.

"BMW in Sarasota is the Best" I drive a Z4 Hard Top and I was having issues with noise inside the car when the top was up. The service department went the extra mile to find where the noise was coming from. Not an easy task, but through diligence they located the problem. I can't say enough about their service department and Maria my service consultant. She always keeps me informed during the process. When I am ready for a new BMW I will definitely be buying it from BMW of Sarasota..

"The best ever! I have bought many BMW's over the years" Carlos Munoz was the best Service Assistant that I have ever dealt with. I have purchased many BMW's over the years from many dealerships and Carlos was the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable of all that I have dealt with in the past. He made my situation with a flat/punctured tire so easy to deal with and am thankful to him for his great efforts. I look forward to working with him in the future!

"Salesperson Roy was great but had major problem with the way" Salesperson Roy was great but had major problem with the way pricing was handled by management. The sticker price on the vehicle was not honored but was raised by $3,000 when it was time to pay.
