"Better than ever!" I was just in for service recently and everything at BMW service was running very smoothly from start to finish. Derek is aways busy, but does an excellent job making sure my needs are met. I also had a potential warranty issue which was fixed without an additional appointment.

"Great" Fast and efficient keep me informed on what was going on and explain everything that what was happening and explained that did to the car and one thing I really liked was he could take a payment at his desk other than standing in like at the cashier line

"friendly, capable, happy, ethnically-diverse staff" Your staff was capable and friendly. Service and atmosphere were top-notch. It was very welcoming to see a happy, ethnically-diverse staff of women and men who held jobs of all levels. The overall experience is a savvy model many corporations would do well to emulate. The layout of your showroom and offices is bright and airy yet feels cozy and is highly functional.

"Great atmosphere and great people!!!!" BMW of Sarasota will get the job done. I admit I was spoiled from my past BMW Dealer. At first I was thinking, "what's the deal here. " I realized they have to get to know you first. By the end of my visit I was very happy with my Service Advisor, Jessica Caycedo and the service my vehicle received.
