"Customer service was detailed, respectful & patient " All services were explained with patient & detail , answering every questioned - double checking to see if there was another option for a tire repair . All service people are very respectful- the waiting room is very comfortable. I had a 2 1/2 hr wait - so an Uber was called to take me home and pick me up when my care was finished . "GREG JONES is amazing. " Greg diligently worked with Geico to justify damages from my accident that Geico didnt want to pay. He also went above and beyond average customer service to diagnose the damages created by the bodyshop from the installation of faulty parts and obmission of other parts. "Service" BMW of Sarasota, Greg and Derek are all great to deal with. My X3 is now more than 5 years old, so I am likely to see engine lights & dashboard messaging more frequently. When I do I know I can head right over there. Someone will always greet me quickly and professionally. I will be back on the road and on schedule quickly with a loaner while they start solving the issue. Derek is a great communicator and keeps me updated along the way.

"We came for scheduled service and vehicle check" professional and efficient service was given by Fernando. After heving dine the vehicle check we were informered that the rear tires were worn out. The winshieldwasher was broken. We received an vist estimate. Repairs where performed and We received a Rental car until de car was ready for pickup the following day.
