"Satisfied again" Brought my 335i in for an oil change and another issue where the part has to be ordered. Carlos my service advisor was awesome as always when he’s taking care of my car. Kept me informed about what’s all going on with the car and what is suggested to do. And the tech who worked on my car did good as well. Also the porter was helpful

"It was quick and honest. " I needed a quick and honest service. Carlos explained very clearly why I needed to have the work done, even though expensive. He also got a minor issue done quickly.

"A WOW Experiance at BMW Sarasota" As you know, I purchased a 2019 BMW 640i at your dealership this past week. The new model of this 6 series is outstanding. While that is important to me, it was the experience I had with three members of your staff that made it a very positive experience. "Professional, pleasant, direct and respectful" This dealership has come a long way. We've had BMW's for years but dreaded dealing with the Sarasota dealer due to multiple unpleasant experiences over 15 years or so. "First BMW Experience " Bought a 2013 X3 at a non-BMW dealership, 3 days later it had a check engine light and transmission malfunction warning light on. Took it in to Sarasota BMW without an appointment, and they were very accommodating. It turned out to be the battery, which was a huge relief.
