"35 k service" Carlos is awesome! He is so personable and really takes the time to offer premier service! He makes you feel like a special client! My car was ready an hour before promised and was cleaned! Wow!

"Very helpful on an unscheduled dropby" Had an unknown problem with my car (check engine light had come on)... they reacted quickly.... gave me a loaner and fixed the issue by the next morning....given this was an unscheduled drop by... I was very pleased with the promptness and resolution

"Mostly good experience." Our only complaint is the 3 hour wait to talk to the finance dept. We can’t imagine what could have taken 3 hrs, as we had an appointment and no one could really explain what we were waiting for. We were actually very close to walking out!
