"Quick service, excellent results." Friendly service personnel, fast service. Very helpful. Susan Schoengold was excellent in helping me get in and out even without an appointment. Impressed with this service department. It was my first visit.

"Bmw i3 Service" Carlos has been great to deal with in resolving any and all of my service needs! I have an i3, which can be difficult to diagnose issues. Carlos has exceeded expectations!

"Tatiana did a great job! " I wasn't so sure I was going to buy from BMW Sarasota again. After working with Johnny on my last car, I was disappointed because of the sales tactics and inequitable trade. I do enjoy the BMW engineering and my amazing service advisor. "Thankful for my service advisor" The overall system of making an appointment, coordinating with parts, and arriving and checking in is very complicated and confusing. The service adviser gives me confidence, however, by smoothing out the process. Also, I emerged with lots of dirty finger prints - inside, outside, even on my wife's hat which we left in the trunk.

"Great Service" Jessica was outstanding, took great care, covered all the issues well and made sure the car was delivered with the new tire and covered under the insurance warranty. Happy to have her as my Service Agent. She is great!!!

"Always a great experience " Fernando is always very polite, reachable and is on top of everything to make sure the car issues are address appropriately. "Very good experience" I recently purchased a very nice 2005 BMW 325CI convertible from BMW of Sarasota. The salesman, Eric Reeves, was very knowledgeable about the car and was helpful and professional throughout the complete process. I especially appreciated his sense of humour, combined with the lack of pressure tactics or strategies. I would certainly recommend Eric and his colleagues at BMW of Saraots to anyone who appreciates a straightforward and respectful approach to car buying.
