"Recall " I was pleased with the overall service for my car’s recall, however, I had the service department diagnosis why my check engine light was on. I paid $95 for them to tell me my gas cap was not tight enough. I was fine paying the $95, I was happy it wasn’t something more serious. I am so tired of companies adding an extra charge like “Shop Supplies”. "5 star service center. " Fernando is my service advisor and he is absolutely a great guy. He keeps me informed of whatever my vehicle needs and the timing of the service . He makes you feel like you are the only one that is in for service at anytime. You can feel comfortable and confident in him and the service team at Bmw of Sarasota. I have dealt with many different Bmw dealers around the us, the only thing I can say is that Bmw of Sarasota’s service department is second to none. Thank you Fernando and the team.

"First experience with BMW SRQ" Exceptional experience with sales staff - about as low key as possible, which we appreciate. Finance not so much! Didn't feel as if we initially received all information we needed to make an informed decision regarding additional service items. Follow-up with JP clarified issues to, mostly, our satisfaction!

"First-Class Experience!" My experience with BMW of Sarasota was extremely positive. Being very busy with my work schedule, my sales associate, Chris Spellman, was very attentive and worked around my schedule. The BMW Product Genius I worked with, Chad, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Cazaubon was very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed without any compromise. "Unmatched Service!" We did an internet sale with Chris Siriphokha and he made the whole process flawless. Communication was perfect, responses to text messages and emails were instantaneous. Everything about the car was perfect when it arrived on the trailer, no surprises at all. Chris was with no doubt the best car salesman to deal with. Thanks so much for the beautiful car!

"Great customer service!" Love the team work, how friendly and nice everyone is and the customer service. Waiting for my car in the lobby is not torcher. Love the car wash at end. 😊 only wish that fixing our bmw wasn’t so pricey we have 3. Ugh! But Seth always tries to makes it a tad better. Thanks Seth.
