"Pleasant experience" Carlos is the best--very good about explaining what needs to be done and why. Also actually calls or texts to keep me current on what is happening with my car, and when it is ready to pick up.

"Great service" I had my 428i serviced at the Sarasota BMW dealership for the first time. I was so impressed with each person whom I came into contact with during my time there. Everyone was friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. My car received its appropriate service as well as a recall detail that it needed and all within the specified amount of time. I was very pleased overall with the customer service and work that was done on my car. I will go back again, for sure!

"Very friendly staff " Had an airbag recall everything went very smooth. I was treated as well as if I were a paying customer. Amenities were great in the lovely new lounge.

"Family" We were treated like family. They explained everything to us because it was our first time there. Fernando and Jesus were very honest with us and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We didn’t wait at all before we were serviced. The young man who took our keys was very friendly and smiled. We got a rental car for the day and the gentleman at Hertz was the best. What a great idea to have a car rental on premises. "Carols Rocks" Carlos is very nice and professional. I was in and out quicker than expected. Comfortable waiting area allows laptop access so you can still work while waiting.

"Service " Counselor Derek was great. The greeting people were friendly and professional. Overall I thought this was the best service I’ve received at any car service location. I think you need to work with the woman that answers the phone and sets appointment she kept me on the line while speaking to someone and typing into the computer for 5!minutes. She was very nice but annoying to wait while listening. A great experience but remember that she is your first line of contact.
