"Sincere and professional service!" Service was prolonged to fix a recall item that was improperly completed by another BMW service center!! Recall item was corrected and other service issues were rescheduled to another appointment time.

"Mixed Emotions " Excellent service from the dealer service department. Dissatisfied with BMW customer service because the service was a warped glove box the second time this has occurred in the six years I have owned the vehicle and is a known design and installation defect. While I got a new glove box I still had to pay for the installation. Not the way to treat BMW owners

"Derek did a great job shepherding my recall." Derek managed to get the worn drive belt replaced with no labor component by doing it as part of a factory recall for the pulley bracket. Saved me 2 hours if labor charges!
"Annual Service" Had oil change and general check up using a coupon sent to me, giving a substantial discount. I waited and the service took only about 2 hours.

"Yes but..." With regularity, I experience extremely long wait time for car servicing. On Friday, October 25th I waited 40 minutes before I could even speak with my advisor. I understand he was on a customer call but why wasn’t I reassigned to another service advisor? And yes, after 20 minutes of waiting I did go out to the valet desk to enquirer about my advisor’s availability My perception is a complete lack of respect for my time.

"10-23 service" I was called to make an appointment by an associate. I made the appointment and was assured that there would be a BMW loaner ready for me as I had to get to my office by 8:30. When I got there, my appointment was not in there computer; there was no loaner ready, let alone a BMW; and my person, who was trying to help me was also trying to help others. 1/2 an hour later (at 8:45), I finally said give me my car back or get me something.
