"Warranty" Took several visits to sort out problem, but seems to be corrected now. Hope it’s now fixed. If not it will go back in again.

"Service being performed on my vehicle" I have had for many years a great experience at BMW of Sarasota, recently however that has changed. The Advisor that I worked with, not the one I have worked with usually, made a horrible first impression. As soon as I walk into his office he starts showing off his awards for best sales man, manager of the year etc. I certainly was not impressed. He never followed through on one thing he told me he was going to do.

"Wasted time " I arrived for a routine oil change and maintenance. I provided my keys to the valet and waited in the lounge. After 2.5 hours of not hearing any status updates I asked to speak to someone and was told a manager would need to speak with me. An additional 30 minutes passed with no communication. I again asked for a status update. This time a service manager told me that a ticket had not been generated for my car and they weren’t sure why or where it was but no work had been done on it. "In and out within the day" In and out within the day I came in for an oil change and fluids check and knew that the battery had been reading in the danger zone from the last two service appointments. When they confirmed that it was still it was in the red I decided to swap that out too. They had the car for me by 4 o’clock.

"Long time but well done" It took over 5 hours to do a software update as part of a recall to resolve our problem. I was given a loaner car

"Emergency service" Took care of tire problem immediately upon calling Jorge was contacted but Fernando who was not scheduled to be at work . Thanks Jorge did not know me but gave me immediate attention.

"Service finally okay" spoke with service regarding 2 issues, I was told all parts are in stock and it should be a quick repair. I made an scheduled an appointment on a Saturday when I could wait for the repair. When I came in they told me it could be over a week but l would get a loaner Bmw. When I informed the service rep of travel plans he said that I’d have to return it within 24 hours upon completion of the service, really? So I had to push back the service. "In and out" Routine service. Had an appointment. Showed up, started right away. Said it would take 2 hours, actually 1 1/2 Loved the video of the inspection.

"Long day" Was in for an engine light warning. Turned out to be faulty radiator blinds. They had the replacement parts on hand and took care of the problem. Vehicle was under warranty, so there was no charge.
