"Fair service but they have a severe predatory approach..." Fair service but they have a severe predatory approach to pushing Extras on you to make their commissions when you take it in to service the vehicle . A $120 service will end up at $1000 if they could have their way
"Factory Recall" 2 Factory recalls and oil change. All work till 24 hours, but a loaner was supplied. Dealer facility was good, but not great. Check in process very poor. You really need to review your process. In total it took about 30 minutes. Perhaps check out the Mercedes dealer across the street. They handle it like a luxury car dealer should. Lewis the device advisor was great, the best part of the experience.

"Well done job" I got a nail in my front left tire, unfortunately they did not have my tire on stock so they had to order one. I came on a Friday and was told the tire would arrive the following Tuesday. I was given a rental car, free of charge and my X3 was ready Monday noght

"Frustrating. Too many generals, not enough soldiers." Scheduled 9 am appointment for tire repair. Process took 2.5 hours.I was informed car wash would take an 45 minutes(?) so i opted out. Car wasn't looked at until 9:30. Greeted by someone who took my key. Had to report to desk. Assigned to a service advisor who met with me at 9:40 ( car still wasn't looked at yet). Seems like the process could be much simpler. Service dept't seemed stressed.

"Used car sale" Experience was good until I had to wait 2 hrs before I was seen by the finance person. Not because she was slow but because customers in front of me took so long.

"Ok but not perfect" My tire was not stocked by the dealership, though it is a bmw Standard. It took two days to get the tire and install. They provided a rental car, but it was a Chrysler 300 to replace a 2018 530i. Not exactly ‘styling’. The problem was resolved, but it was not a great experience.

"Too long" They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took 5! I got there at 11 They did give me a car I came back at 1:30. I didn't get car til 4.

"Waited too long to see a service advisor " I had a 7:30am appointment and didn’t see a service advisor until 8:15am then another 30-40 minutes to get the Hertz car. The advisor and the actual service were great. Dropping a car off for a recall should not take over an hour when it was scheduled one week ago.

"Run flat tire change" Got me in for a flat, run flat tire that just happened. Worked me in late on Saturday. Had the tire in stock and replaced it.
