"Annual Service " I arrived at 8:50a for a 9:00a appointment. I was greeted immediately once I entered the service area. My service technician met with me to review the service details, I was then directed to the customer lounge and was offered coffee and snacks. The overall time was approximately 90 minutes, including washing my car!

"Mr Thomas was great " The woman that answers the phone was so rude I wish I got her name sound older. If this was my business she would be gone. I can’t believe someone could talk to customer like that.

"Service issue" My first contact was not friendly.The receptionist sounded like she was chewing gum and could not careless.I was sent to part department to tell what tire I had when I explained they were the original from the purchase,would not even try to check,after sent to service with no one answered and spined around a couple of times (I was on side of the road with a flat). "Ok except no notice of need for oil change etc.no explanatii" No explanation given why computer failed to notify of need for service to the next amount over $800 the car should notify us about servicing needs

"Replace battery " Although I had an appointment the service took 3 hours. I left and the next day, the battery discharge alert appeared. Apparently the battery registration did not take so I went back and the dealer immediately performed the process again. It now appears to be working properly.

"Good product But not great communication" Good service. Salesperson was nice to deal with but I think lacked some experience as my end of lease was not factored into the deal and should have been considered so I ended up paying another month when I wasn't going to have it and was purchasing a new one. Should take care of a loyal customer especially when they are buying a new one. I've also had a lot of difficulty getting a repair scheduled. Not good communication on getting this done. "Service took too long" My appointment was at 9:00 I got there 15 minutes early I left almost at 2 almost 5 hours for something should take no more than two and a half

"Less than ok" First visit was scheduled for the wrong day by the Genie on the phone. Second was for heads up display malfunction. As soon as I turned on the ignition, I knew it had not been fixed. Drove around the building to report that it was not fixed. Reschuled for a third time.

"Replace your greeter " Greeter was very unprofessional Did not offer any service help and refused to let me out of vehicle. Derek rescued us.Very poor start with service
