"Service decent, but advisor stinks." While service itself seems decent and the staff in the garage who assist you on arrival are very good, Service Advisor, Fernando is terrible. He says he calls and leaves voicemail msgs and sends emails, but never does (even confirmed contact info on drop off with both myself and my husband, and this isn’t the first time he’s done this!) "Turn Signal Malfunctions and it was Covered " My front left turn signal malfunctioned during a trip to South Carolina last week. I made an appointment and brought it in to fix the problem on Thursday. Derek, my service agent told me that it was covered by the CPO and that I would only need to pay $50 out-of-pocket.

"BMW of Sarasota did a 360 degree turnaround" I have already sent a review, however I will do another one. I am going to comment on the cons first. Emilio Torres was suppose to contact me before I leased the new BMW because I had some major issues and concerns from the past lease. I was not treated right on my first lease. "Dropped in " Tire pressure alert. Mentioned parking camera did not work. Although I have warranty cost was $400!! Wondered if what they told me about previous work was accurate since only work ever done was by a BMW dealer up north.

"It pays to have a good warranty " Brought my 08 335i convertible in for some emission work. When I got there Carlos already had my loaner car waiting for me. Also found out that my extended warranty covered everything that had to be done unlike a previous client of Carlos from Chicago that needed the same thing. His warranty wouldn’t cover it.
