"phone call not returned" The overheating notice was remedied. However the phone connection problem was made worse. My phone disconnected 13 times on my way home. Called Derek in service and 24 hours later he has NOT returned my call.

"Purchase of new 750i" From picking out the new car that I wanted to getting the financing explained and done to the Genius appointment after I had driven the car for a couple of days & read thru the owner's manual, the service was top notch. Many details were covered, some even that I had not anticipated.

"problems" I have always had good experiences with BMW of SRQ, but this one left a bad taste. The work was done properly, that was not an issue. Everyone is polite and helpful, so that is not an issue. The issues are: my usual service rep is Derek, and he's excellent, but was on vacation. Took 50 minutes to see a service rep, another 45 minutes to secure a loaner; 90 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to spend sitting around for service. "3 Days to get a Tire?" I got a "low tire" warning/ Took car in next day. They said tire had nail and they would have to replace it. I said OK. Then they said it would 3 days to get the tire (one day was a holiday)..Tire brand was - I guess - not one they carried. So I got a loaner - not a BMW. They did do a bunch of other services which would have been required in the next few months that were covered by the warranty. "Oil Change" 10 AM appt on a Monday. Waited 15 nin to get inside the car lane area. Waited another 15 min to see the service advosor. Waited 3-7 min for the Uber when the advisor released me. That was almost an hour total. Returned by Uber after 3 pm. Sat with service advisor another 15 min to have some service needs discussed. Price quoted was charged despite the bill coming in over 25% higher. I was more than a little surprised that they refused to repair my peeling glove box door, which is a very common problem with X3's.... read more

"Service great but lease agent subpar" Service department very helpful. I had a horrible experience with lease agent. I have been a bmw customer for 15 plus years and because I bought a different brand vehicle the lease agent was not very accomadating when I tried to terminate lease. Hopefully my next encounter improves when I return to complete termination. I probably will buy BMW vehicles in the future but not at Sarasota if the termination process does not improve. "Excellent service guy" Super detailed Fast Nice waiting room. Carlos was the best I ever saw at any dealer. He needs a serious raise! Promote him to sales please! Unfortunately the showroom people were not so nice. I inquired about cpo, as a bmwcca member, I read there are good used cars offered.
