"Oil change and rear main seal replacement" Service advisor, Lewis, was great. My appointment was at 9, took 30 minutes to see my service advisor. Only 1 lane was open, when they finally mover the car up that was blocking second lane, 3 cars drove in that came after me and moved up in line to the One podium for check in ahead of me. It was Monday, too many appointments at the same exact time.

"Lewis was great but phone system needs some improvement" Lewis was wonderful to work with. Very service oriented and very open and friendly. Your phone service needs some improvement. I received a phone message from your BMW center that my new car needed its first oil change. When I called on Friday March 15 to schedule service, I was put on hold and after being on hold for awhile, I was transferred to a voicemail. "No Oversight of Maintenance Personnel" I waited over 3.5 hours for my routine maintenance and oil change. Once it was completed I had to wait other 20 minutes for a lackluster wash that wasn't even worth it. Too top it off on the way home my sensor went off. Maintenance forgot to fill my coolant and I had to bring it back wasted most of my Saturday morning. And all I got was sorry this happen.

"Tire sale" Brought my 328 in for 4 new tires. Made the appointment before the expiration of the tire sale to take advantage of this. Did not notice that in VERY tiny print I needed to show the coupon to get sale price. Contacted my service rep 2 days ago who promised to see her boss to get sale price. So far, no response. I bought two BMW's from this dealer and bring them there for service. I'm hoping to hear back from this dealer soon.

"Service Center" Service center representative was excellent, vehicle was delivered on time, waiting room is very comfortable with very good amenities. Car wash is one of the worst as car is covered with white spots from the residue in the water. They never wipe the car down leaving door sills and inside of trunk and hood wet. Last month I paid $18 for a horrible car wash where they didn't even clean the inside windows and they never vacuum.

"Personal involvement." This has been an ongoing problem with brake noise and a separate noise from the rear of the can that nobody heard until a senior technician and I took a test drive. and he immediately heard the noise even though it was stated as the reason for the service in the first place. Spent over 4 hours and was told there was no noise. Had to wait on the part and though a rental was provided, it required a return trip to pick up the car.

"The service " My advisor said the service would take 2 hours. After3hours I went to check and was told that he was out for lunch. My car had been done and I wasted an hour and if I hadn’t checked I would have been there much longer!

"New tires" Received email flier stating BMW will match competitors pricing on new tires. Wasn’t sure if there would be any issues. No problem at all. Matched competitors price with a smile and a handshake.

"First annual scheduled maintenance " I called and scheduled a service Appt. For my first annual scheduled maintenance. I asked if I could get a loaner and they said “no”, it would only take a couple of hours ( I am use to a loaner from My Mercedes dealership down the street). I showed up for my Appt. And was immediately told that there was a “recall “ on my vehicle and they would have to download all updated software on the vehicle computer which could take up to 4-5 hours (assuming that it works).
