This is the first BMW I've owned. Choosing BMW of Watertown and having Dennis Smith as my salesperson is the best car buying experience I've ever had. Dennis is extremely professional, knowledgeable and his follow-through is outstanding. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and took time when the car was ready to explain and set up all the features. I know Dennis can be counted on if needed. Excellent customer service and a great deal on a 335xi. Dennis and Jeff really went out of their way to make my preowned purchase seem like a new car purchase by addressing all my concerns including repairing a few minor typical used car imperfections. I have only praise for Ian's attentiveness. I returned for an Encore visit to go over some of the features I was not using on my BMW 328xi. He made sure that I was able to use my "technology package" and the BMW connected features. He was patient and appeared to be enjoying the "teaching" lesson. He made my choosing BMW of Watertown a very positive experience.

The sales associate, Perry Gentile, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Both Perry and Jeffrey Price were very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I just purchased a BMW 328i GT from Ian at BMW of Watertown. We went there to look at a 328 xDrive and saw the GT. We were very impressed with the car. I had spoken to Ian on the phone and he seemed nice and straight forward. We worked with him to find the car we wanted. His pricing was great without hassles. The service I received when visiting BMW of Watertown on Wednesday February 12th was over and above. I had a concern about my drivers side rear tire. Rich and Nicholas spoke to me in the parking lot, took my car right in to check, while I waited only a short while in a comfortable environment. They checked all of my tires and assured me everything was safe. I am grateful for the attention and care I received.
