Excellent experience purchasing a certified pre-owned 328 xi. There was no pressure. The sales associate even offered to come to my home to help sync my garage door opener if needed. Would recommend this dealership.

We were looking for a preowned SUV as our first car purchase in 15 years and found BMW of Watertown online through a search. They had a beautiful certified preowned X5 we were interested in seeing. After looking at many used BMW's at various dealerships across Connecticut, I stopped into BMW of Watertown to see what they might have in their inventory. I ran into Tom Zukowski in the parking lot. I told him that I was thinking of buying a used 3 series, but wasn't sure which model was right. Tom suggested that I drive a few of them back to back. Kristen was very responsive to all my inquiries, and Dennis made the car buying experience as 'pain free' and smooth as possible. Dennis is extremely professional, and he did a great job in explaining car features and iDrive (as this is my 1st BMW). He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and took time when the car was ready to explain and set up all the features. I know Dennis can be counted on if needed for any follow-up. I found BMW of Watertown a welcoming dealership and would recommend it.
