A few weeks ago I had purchased a used BMW. Tom Zukowski had taken plenty of time to show me the vechicles that I was interested in. Tom took really good care of me and made buying a new car really easy. Also Peter Keast and Jeff Pearce had done a great job with all the paperwork as well. Everything had gone really good and I was very happy when I had left in my new car at BMW of Watertown.

I thought building a vehicle would have been a difficult and time consuming process but Ian Yuhas was more than helpful and made it a breeze. I was expecting the build to take up to six weeks, however, it was ready in less than four. The morning the X5 arrived, Ian called me and had the inspections completed and the car detailed by that afternoon. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

On Friday July 11, 2014 I went to a local car dealer to buy a car. The car I picked out was very nice. The only hitch was they didn't have the color I wanted, but the salesman assured me me could get it in by Monday. I asked him if it would be easier if I picked it up the following Saturday. He said great he would use the extra time to detail it ect. On Tuesday he called and said he couldn't get my color choice to pick a second, which I did. I brought my 2008 BMW in for service 2 weeks ago...they gave me this wonderful loaner..I loved it so much that last week I traded in my 2008 for a 2014 lease. Dennis was my sales person and I worked with Jeff for the financing...I had such a wonderful experience. The dealership landed a one-of-a-kind and much sought after porsche 911. When contacted they provided a wealth of information about the vehicle and did not press the sale. They were very transparent and fair in their dealings and attentive to my questions and schedule.
