On Friday some troubling alerts went off in my 335 so I pulled over immediately and called service. Sheneta was able to get me scheduled for first thing Monday morning with a loan car. She also assured me the car was safe to drive over the week end. The work was completed same day and under the CPO warranty. When I dropped the car off it was clean and when I picked it up even cleaner. The entire experience was what I expect and appreciate. Easy and courteous.

Jerome is by far the best client advisor I have ever dealt with, and this is coming from someone who has purchased 5 cars in the past 9 years . He is extremely honest and upfront, and dedicated to get you a price that you are comfortable with. This dealership overall was a delight to deal with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle.

I live in California but needed a PPI on a car I was buying near BMW of Watertown. The service department was friendly and courteous and inspected the prospective vehicle to my satisfaction. The price was very reasonable. Based on my experience with BMW of Watertown, I would recommend them.

Nick is great; he is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I purchased my BMW from a different dealership but their service was not good so I went to BMW of Watertown and am so glad I did.

I recently had an issue with my new X3..my first BMW. Rich D'Angelo was amazing in helping me get the issue resolved. I feel confident that any problem I have he will be able help me with. Nick Allen was also great to work with. As a new BMW owner I can honestly say my X3 and me are in great hands!

I trust Rich's opinion on the work that needed to be done on my car. He is trustworthy and the quality of the work is exceptional. I was told at another dealership that didn't put my car up on a lift, that my tires were only about 40% worn. When Rich had the tires checked out, one of the front tires, on the inner rim, was so worn that he said I would've had a blown out, very soon. I replaced all four tires and had a front end alignment. Ms. Daily was very helpful to me, and prompt, both on the phone and in person at the time of my visit. I had purchased a 5 year old BMW 320xi in a private sale. It was a one previous owner car and had been purchased and always serviced at this dealership. I took it to Watertown for its last warranty service.
