I brought my vehicle in for service for a issue I have had for several months. I have taken it to other dealers and neighborhood mechanics and the issue has yet to be resolved. I was greeted by Frank Ghusson in service and explained my issue and he was excellent. Not only did he pay attention but he had one of the mechanics go for a road test with me to Identify the noise. It is a very friendly place, very professional. I was allowed to look around without anyone "hovering" yet knew there was someone there to take care of me with any questions I might have. Even though we were about to have a major snowstorm, and all the cars had been brought in, and my car was way in the back, I was told it would be no problem to have them all moved out so I could test drive my car! Just found this site , I know most people use this to post negative feelings about there service experiences.Last year I recieved my new leased 135i from Steve Hourican ,thanks steve!! i had a small problem with the radio,it would stop working for no reason..I called for an appointment , was able to get in right away with a loaner ..needed one becuase they said the programming takes several hours.. I would like to say that this is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My experience with Open Road BMW of Edison and Nitin Kalamdani (Sales) and Dean Palumbo (General Sales Manager) on Sat, Jan 23rd was excellent. I leased my first car with Open Road two years prior and it was also quite a pleasant experience. This is the 2nd car I have owned that I bought at Open Road BMW. This dealership is a class operation from sales to service. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and all the sales and servie people I have dealt with since July of 2006 are highly trained and knowledgeable. My 2 BMWs have always been kept in the best condition. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I enjoy my BMW every time I look at it and every time I start the motor and drive it. It truly is the ultimate driving machine.
I have owned 4 Mercedes and this is my 3rd BMW. By far the best purchasing experience i have had. Was leaving for a trip and wanted to tae delivery of the car the same day. everyone bent over backwards to make it happen. Definately go see them if you are considering a BMW!!!
We had a great experience today at open road bmw, edison nj. Enis Totaj was courteous,friendly and a pleasure to do business with. He listened to what we were saying and tried to accomodaate our needs. He made the process of buying a vehicle painless. He met all of our expectation.
