The salesperson took extended time to help us find just the right car with the options we were looking for. He went out of his way to get us the greatest possible deal we were looking for. He was very pleasant and professional in his work. We would highly recommend Nitin to all our friends who will be purchasing future bmw cars to him.
NItin was one of the greatest salesmen we ever dealt with. HE was patient and very professional for the whole two hours we were at the dealership. The first day we dealt with Jamal and he was friendly. He helped us pick out the car that we wanted and also showed us different types of options we can go with when you lease a car. Showed us different monthly prices when you add different amount of down payment. He had good knowledge about the car he was selling. He explained everything to us about leasing a BMW. I had the most wonderful experience at Open Road BMW. I worked with Ahmed, who sold me the car at a very fair price and with no haggling. I love the car, and the experience couldn't have gone smoother. I would highly recommend this dealership, and I am glad I chose to ignore the bad ratings on here! It was worth the long drive.
I have nothing but praise for Open Road. The sale was perfect and the service is equally acceptable. The loaner is always ready upon arrival for service. The car is always ready when promised. They are very professional as you would expect from BMW.
Alan doesn't spin tales or feed you BS. He'll get you the best deal he can on a car because he knows his livelyhood relies on referrals and repeat customers. Next time I need service I'm taking my 335i to Bridgewater or Flemington BMW. I bought my car from a Penske dealership in Atlanta and they were top of the line to deal with at every level. My three interactions with Open Road Service were poor at every level. The work performed was satisfactory but everything from dropping the car off with an appointment to having it towed in, and picking it up was marked with delays, incompetence, and very poor customer service ethics.
