This was by far the best car sales experience I ever had!! The staff was so helpful and made the transaction easy. I bought a used Mini Cooper which I love. I felt like I got a very fair price. The service was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was professional. I would highly recommend Open Road BMW to anyone looking for a new or used car.
My experience with Rich and Tony was wonderful. They were so accomodating to my busy work schedule. They and their staff went over and above. They were understanding and made me feel valable as a customer. They showed me how important my business is to them. I will defintely recommebd them to others. I am very happy with the service they have provided to me and I will continue to do business with them. my lease is up in December 2011 and i will be back!!!
After 5 years - the sales man recognized me, and was attentive to my needs without any pressurizing. A very agreeable purchase was made on a low milage 128i coupe. The paperwork was handled quickly, I was given a lower interest finance than the one I had sourced myself and all after purchase promises were fulfilled within a couple of weeks. I happily will return as soon as the new X3 arrives to trade in my old one. Thanks again,
Ordered a 2011 X-5 35d in early May for delivery before the end of June. Shipping was delayed from the factory so did not take delivery until July 2. Car is wonderful! The sales experience had a few glitches, but the sales manager Victor was able to fix any problems. I would definitely buy from Open Road BMW again.
I have been a repeat buyer of BMW's, all for good reasons. I had a 2007 BMW 335i convertible, in mint condition, but wanted a car with the new I-drive. I wanted to receive a fair amount for my trade and was not willing to negotiate for less. I traveled from South Jersey to Open Road BMW because they had what I was looking for in their inventory. My experience in dealing with the staff at Open Road was pleasing and they were true to their word. The listings were precise and accurate for both vehicles I looked at and test drove. I ended up purchasing a car that same day and I couldn't be happier. It's a beautiful car.
Charlie Willis was very polite, professional, and well-versed in the BMW car line. When I am ready to trade in my old BMW, he will be the salesman to help me out. I am thinking of ordering a new BMW 3-series.The sales manager, Charlie Dellow was also very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and he is quite an asset to the Open Road BMW dealer. The showroom also looks great! The pastries in their new cafe were wonderful. This dealership has really made me feel welcome, and it felt like they were happy to have me visit.
Suzana was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, and really listened to what I wanted and was looking for. She wasn't pushy like most other car dealers. She also worked hard with her sales manager Charlie, to get me to a price that I considered fair and affordable. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.
