This is the first time that I felt my little Z -4 was efficiently cared for. I have left there in the past with service feeling quite lighter in the wallet and paying for incomplete workmanship. My wife feels like she is always treated like a second class customer since it is "just an old 2003 Z-4" not one of the more recent automobiles. Saturday was a pleasant surprise from the moment I pulled up with your loaner vehicle, to check out,to the Z-4 waiting in plain sight when I walked out to the service area. Thank you.

Professional, accommodating and service delivered as promise. Richard made sure I received a loaner car during the time my car was being serviced. Informed me upon completion and I did not have to wait for my car when I arrived to pick it up.
