Wonderful job done by my service technician. In addition to replacing the faulty air bag he replaced a malfunctioning thermostat to fix my cooling system. The car was very clean when I picked it up.

I always am deeply satisfied with my experience at Fields BMW Winterpark especially when I service all of BMW vehicles. What's even more reassuring is that I have the best Service Advisor - Patti Rennie who is extremely kind, caring and attentive to my questions and. concerns. Pattie is exceptional as a BMW Service Advisor! The quality of service provided by BMW technicians is excellent as well! I will always have my BMWs service there!!!!
