First, we arrived and even though we had a reservation the front desk could not find it, stating that the system did not work and still marked as a no-show. The waiters was substandard trained and was not too sure about items on the menu items. We was there during restaurant week and when asked about the items on the menu she kept advising that some items run out some items. The first time I went to Bond 45 the service and food were excellent!!! My visit for restaurant week was a true disappointment. The food was under cooked and the service was not extraordinary. I don't think I will be going back again. The purpose of restaurant week is to draw new customers in not to turn them off.
Overpriced, mediocre food. We were seated in a closed room with 4 tables: odd!
Waited 10 minutes after getting seated to have someone take our drink order. Ok if they were busy, but there were only 2 other couples around us on a Sunday night. Then food was undercooked. Instead of making a new steak, they ask what we wanted them to do. Disappointed
The restaurant is well appointed. It has the feel of a high end NYC spot. The bar was great and served up one of the best martini's I've had in a long time. We were seated shortly after our reservation time but the bar was so nice we didn't mind. The table was comfortable. Dissapointed as i had a reservation for quite some time and we were stuck in a tiny little area in which it was quite chilly. Service was not great at all. The food was however good. Brought a couple that never has been to Bond 45 and I was disappointed as it was way off.
The appetizer, fried calamari and shrimp, was burned. My husband and I ordered medium filets and they were burned, dry, and tough to chew. The waiter was slow, inattentive, and never actually told us his name. Worst Valentine's Day celebration. Will never go back again
Classic Italian steakhouse with great seating and ambiance.
So my girlfriend and I went on Valentine's Day. To start they moved my reservation from 8 to 8:30 with no problem. That was awesome very flexible. And when I showed up a little late I was still seating in a reasonable time (5mins) before ordering I was told "just to let you know we are out of NEW YORK STRIP mashed potatoes and chicken Parmesan".
