It was probably amongst the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Now admittedly, we were a large party, approximately 9 of us, and the restaurant was busy but the food took almost an hour and a half to get to our table. An hour and a half!!! I never write reviews, because, frankly, I can never be bothered and most dining experiences are at least fair to average. This was awful, I will never set foot in this restaurant again. Our reservations were for 8PM and I got back to my hotel at 11:30, finally finished my so-so dinne... read more
Very disappointed in the food and especially after having a good meal at their NYC location. I would not recommend this restaurant in this location.
Just underwhelming....garden risotto tasted like it had canned peas and carrots in it....salmon was overcooked. Scallops were just okay. Everything seemed to lack seasoning...presentation was not that great.. Olive bread was good. Service was okay but it was sad to go in thinking this was a great place and that we'd enjoy a very fine meal and it was just blah.
The serve wasn't good and I had to ask the server for a knife to cut the over cooked steak my husband ordered. The bread came out way to late and I had to ask for the server a few times to get what we needed. We were the second guest to enter as soon as the restaurant opened, I would think the service would have been better. Not happy at all :(
The worst service of my life. The only thing that makes me feel better about my experience is that every other table had equally bad service .
Seated and waited for nearly 20 minutes in a hot area and not a single person checked in us. We walked out
While the food was good, the service was incredibly slow. It took over an hour from order to be served the entrees. Given the prices I would have expected outstanding and prompt service. Ambience was nice.
My med-rare steak was overcooked and dry. If that was their med-rare, then I probably should have gone for moo-ing. The linguine was also bland and dry. My mother just ate the clams and left the rest of the dish. Sad to say best part of the meal were the bread and the side dishes. The service was good and the views were great. I really wanted to like this place, but the food was so underwhelming.
For the price, it's not worth it. The food wasn't that great, it needed more seasoning. Was very bland. My server seemed to always be in a hurry. True story, my grandfather asked for a knife... The server reaches over, takes my knife and gives it to my grandfather. True story... he sees the look on our faces and then returns with a knife for me. Do more research on other places if you're staying in the area.
