I had heard lots of good things about this restaurant, so I was very excited to try it for our anniversary. The check in process was very disorganized compounded by the fact that it was extremely crowded with nowhere to wait for your table. The maitre d' was also dealing with a lot of walk-ins who somehow managed to get seated before those of us with reservations (??). Once we were seated, the service was pretty slow, although again they were quite busy. The food was pretty good, but not out of the ordinary good. It was very... read more

Food was decent but overpriced for the quality. Their corn feed-aged steaks were not very tasty despite being the most expensive on the menu.

Veal parm was a tasteless slop of marinara sauce. Steak was excellent. Crab cake was average. Nothing was worth the price. Go to Old Hickory.

We are fans of the original Bond 45 in Times Square and were excited to try out their new National Harbor location for lunch before Cirque du Soleil. We tried to get dinner reservations for after the show and they were booked. We had reservations and we were seated at a table that was basically in a hallway and were told that the terrace seating was unavailable because they were under staffed. People were seated on the terrace when we arrived and then we saw more people seated out there. The lunch menu was limited and we wer... read more

When spending $200+ on a dinner for 2 you expect a certain level of service that we did not get here. The filets were great, nice cuts of meat and cooked well. Great mashed potatoes, but the creamed rabe was very bitter and under-seasoned. Sadly the poor service tarnished the meal. Our server was rude and not attentive to our table. To wait 20+ minutes inbetween cocktails was ridiculous, it was a Wednesday night and they were not that busy. We wanted to have a fabulous dinner for our 10th wedding anniversary but were sadly d... read more

The wait staff/service was good, but when they brought out there signature 28 days dry aged steaks my wife and I were extremley dissapointed. We asked for medium rare and both steaks were overcooked and basically well done. I started to send the steaks back but my wife didn't want me to create scene so I'll just simply say Bond45 lost what could've been a valuable customer to Charlie Palmer.

“How was your horse tonight?” was the question the waitress should have asked me about my steak. You can go to any of the major steak restaurants in the DC area (Ruth’s Chris, Capital Grille, Smith & Wollensky, Mortons, The Palm, etc) and get a better steak at a far more reasonable price. Overpriced, tasteless, gristle would be the nicest spin I could put on it. Also thanks for trying to seat us at a table right next to the kitchen with a lot of heavy traffic. Really appreciated that. Fortunately were relocated. The experien... read more

Very disappointing experience. The prices were outrageous even on the lunch menu. I paid over $20 for a plate of pasta that would not have satisfied a 5 year old. Two of us ordered the pasta and when it was brought to the table it was cold, we sent it back and it came back the same, except this time covered with parmesean cheese. The other two diners ordered salads so it wasn't as if the pasta had to sit out waiting for those to be prepared. No one came back after my plate was returned to see if it was better. Shame on us, w... read more
